This agreement applies to the Arntz Labs Copper Series Tuner application and plug-in software (the “Software”). By installing or using the Software, you agree to these terms.
Arntz Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software, without charge, on computers that you own or control. You may use the Software for lawful personal, educational, or commercial music-making purposes. No serial number, user account, subscription, or online activation is required.
You may not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute modified copies, remove proprietary notices, or represent the Software as your own product. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where applicable law expressly permits it. Unmodified redistribution is permitted only through an Arntz Labs-authorized channel or with written permission.
The Software is licensed, not sold. Arntz Labs and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted here. Third-party components remain subject to their own license terms and notices.
Arntz Labs may modify, update, or discontinue the Software at any time. This license does not promise maintenance, updates, compatibility, or support.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Arntz Labs and its licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, recordings, profits, or business. These exclusions do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
This license ends automatically if you materially violate these terms. Upon termination, stop using and delete your copies. This agreement and the accompanying third-party notices are the complete terms for this freeware edition unless Arntz Labs provides separate written terms.
