# Copper Series Tuner third-party notices

Copper Series Tuner is built with pinned JUCE commit
`f8f8864172464b9adf9eba6101e1f784838d1597` under the applicable Arntz Labs
JUCE licensing arrangement. Release packages must include the pinned dependency
license texts required by the canonical Arntz Labs pipeline. Format dependencies
include the Steinberg VST3 SDK (MIT), Apple AudioUnitSDK (Apache 2.0), and—for
the separately qualified Pro Tools release—the proprietary Avid AAX SDK and
PACE signing components under their applicable agreements.

The public AAX Native package must be production PACE-signed and pass the
complete AAX Validator, retail Pro Tools, packaging, and download-back gates.
