# Arntz Labs Practice Player Freeware License Agreement

Effective date: August 9, 2026

This agreement applies to the Arntz Labs Practice Player application and
plug-in software (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software, you
agree to these terms.

## 1. Free license grant

Arntz Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
license to install and use the Software, without charge, on computers that you
own or control. You may use the Software for lawful personal, educational, or
commercial music-making purposes. No serial number, user account, subscription,
or online activation is required for this freeware edition.

## 2. Restrictions

You may not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute modified copies of the
Software. You may not remove proprietary notices or represent the Software as
your own product. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the
Software except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits such
activity despite this restriction.

Unmodified redistribution is permitted only when Arntz Labs has authorized the
distribution channel or given written permission.

## 3. Audio and media

The Software does not grant you any rights to songs, recordings, or other media
that you load into it. You are responsible for ensuring that you own the media,
have permission to use it, or that applicable law otherwise permits your use.
You may not use the Software to obtain or use media unlawfully or in violation
of a service's terms.

## 4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Arntz Labs and its licensors retain all
rights in the Software, branding, and documentation that are not expressly
granted by this agreement. Third-party components remain subject to their own
license terms and notices.

## 5. Updates and support

Arntz Labs may modify, update, or discontinue the Software at any time. This
license does not promise maintenance, updates, compatibility, or technical
support.

## 6. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software is provided "as is" and
"as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or
statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain
warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

## 7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arntz Labs and its licensors will not
be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or
punitive damages, or for loss of data, recordings, profits, or business, arising
from the Software or your inability to use it. This limitation does not apply
where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

## 8. Termination

This license ends automatically if you materially violate these terms. Upon
termination, you must stop using and delete your copies of the Software.

## 9. Entire agreement

This agreement and the accompanying third-party notices are the complete terms
for this freeware edition unless Arntz Labs provides separate written terms.
