Arntz Labs privacy
Arntz Labs audio tools work locally and do not collect or transmit your personal files or audio.
No product telemetry
Practice Player and Copper Series Tuner require no runtime activation and contain no advertising, analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, online tracking, or enabled web-browser features.
Information on your computer
Practice Player stores application and plug-in state locally. This can include paths and names for selected audio, control and playback settings, audio-device preferences, and plug-in state saved by a DAW. Removing a reference does not delete the original file.
Audio processing
Selected audio and configured audio-device input are processed locally. Copper Series Tuner analyzes only the live audio delivered by its app or host. Arntz Labs products do not upload or transmit that audio.
Purchases
Stripe processes paid checkout and receives the payment and billing information you enter there. Arntz Labs stores the Stripe checkout and payment identifiers, purchased product, amount, currency, payment status, and normalized checkout email in its Turso database so it can fulfill the order, prevent duplicate fulfillment, handle refunds, and restore access. Arntz Labs does not receive or store your full card number.
Purchase access cookie
After a successful paid checkout, the website sets a necessary, HTTP-only, signed browser cookie for the purchased product. It contains an opaque entitlement identifier and expiration time, and is used only to authorize private downloads. It expires after 30 days and does not activate or track the installed software.
Website download records
When you intentionally use a download link on this website, Arntz Labs records the product and version downloaded, event time, IP address, approximate location supplied by the website host, browser user-agent string, language preference, referring page, and a hosting request identifier. We use this information to fulfill distribution, diagnose download problems, and identify abuse. These records are available only in a private owner report and are also sent to the owner through a transactional email provider. We do not sell this information or receive the contents of files on your computer.
Notification list
The Get Notified form is separate from downloads. If you submit it, Arntz Labs stores your first and last name, email address, phone number only if you typed one, any instrument or DAW interest you selected, the consent checkbox value, the consent wording shown on the form, and the time the form was received. We use that information only to send notifications about new products, arntzlabs.com news, and sale events, by email and, when you provided a phone number and checked the box, by text message. We do not sell this information. Downloads do not ask for an email address. You can opt out with the unsubscribe link in any email, by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing support@arntzlabs.com.
Removing information
You can remove local references from a product, remove its application through your operating system, and clear website cookies through your browser settings. DAW projects may retain plug-in state until the plug-in or project is removed. For purchase-data requests, contact support.
